All sales are final. No cash refunds or exchanges so please purchase
with confidence. There is a 6% state sales tax on Maryland orders.
We update this site daily, so prices are always current. Please
understand that due to the volatility of the sportscard market all prices are subject to
change at any time.
If you prefer to order via the telephone, please call us Monday-Friday from 11 am-5 pm
U.S. Eastern Time. For Internet orders, our website does utilize a Secure Server (SSL) along
with encryption technology for processing credit card information. All orders to be
paid by personal check, money order or cashier's check MUST be made through our website
so that both parties have a hard copy of the order placed.

We accept payment by personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks,
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. For International PayPal orders, we only accept
payment from verified accounts.
We DO NOT accept American
Express or CODs. All credit card information is transmitted via SECURED
communication (a closed lock at the bottom of your screen indicates this). Credit card
orders are subject to address and security code verification. The customer
information MUST match the credit card billing address and zip code in order for
us to process and ship any order. The security code is the last three numbers on the back
of the credit card after the credit card number. We reserve the right to decline any order
based on a lack of sufficient verifiable information. If you select USPS shipping, please
wait for our e-mail advising the shipping charges. All money order and check orders are
held for 7 days pending payment and may be canceled, if payment is not received or
postmarked within that time. All PayPal payments must be sent within 24 hours or
the order is automatically canceled. There is a direct link to PayPal on our payment page
for immediate payment.

For all continental US orders, we use two shipping carriers: UPS and USPS.
During checkout, there will be a page that lists all the shipping options
For all International orders, we ship via USPS Priority. We will email the
shipping total before processing for order confirmation.
We offer this option for orders over $149 that are shipped to the Continental
USA. Just be sure to select the FREE UPS ground shipping option.
We ship International orders every day via USPS Priority and
USPS Express. Credit card orders are subject to address and security code verification.
We reserve the
right to decline any order based on a lack of sufficient verifiable information.
International orders must be sent insured for their full value. We understand that many
countries have high import taxes, but we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged
packages. All International customers are responsible for
any import taxes imposed by your country. Please be sure to check into this
prior to ordering. Once we receive your order, we will get the cheapest shipping charges (USPS
Priority or Express) and e-mail them to you for your confirmation or cancellation of your

All credit card orders made before 4 P.M. EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day as
long as UPS shipping has been selected, all billing information can be verified, and the
products ordered are in stock. Orders placed after 4 P.M. EST still may be able to ship
same day, but cannot be guaranteed. USPS orders paid by credit card will ship within 48 hours.
Orders that contain both in-stock and presell items or
multiple presell items will ship when the last presell product arrives. If you
wish to have items ship as they arrive, please submit separate orders. If there are any
questions concerning your order, we will e-mail or call you. Most in-stock orders paid via
money order or cashier's check will ship the same day payment is received.
Orders paid by
personal check and high dollar orders paid via money orders or cashier's checks will ship when payment has cleared. In any event, you will always be
notified the day your order ships and UPS will send an email with the tracking number and
anticipated delivery date. Please understand that delays do happen as packages can be
misrouted or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and once they are picked up, we
cannot control any problems that may occur. Please check with www.ups.com
using your tracking number for status updates on your order. Please contact us if you do
not receive your order within 48 hours after your expected delivery date and we will
review the situation. For presell products, please refer to our Upcoming Releases Calendar for
up-to-date release date changes.
Please click here for estimated UPS delivery days it will take for you to
receive your order if shipped via UPS Ground Service (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
This schedule is just a guide and delivery days may vary due to weather, misrouting or
address error. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii must ship USPS priority mail, UPS 2 day air or UPS Next Day air. Orders shipped via USPS
arrive in 2-4 business days after shipping date (military/international address deliveries
will take longer).
PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays,
so please add the two weekend days to delivery time.
We add products almost daily to our Upcoming Releases categories giving our customers
first opportunity at the newest releases offered to the sportscard market. It is always
best to purchase early as most presell prices will increase before the product's release
due to high demand leading to higher replacement costs for us. Due to the nature of the
sportscard market, presell prices just like current release prices, will fluctuate.
Although most presell prices will go up prior to release, some do go down. Our prices are
based on replacement costs and will always reflect that at the current time. You will
always be locked into the price at which you made your order and not the lower or higher
price if the presell price changes. Please make your choices with confidence.so please check our Upcoming Releases Calendar
frequently for up-to-date release date changes.
Upon making a presell purchase, you are locked into that price and your order,
if only including one or more of the same item, will be shipped the day we
receive our product (For orders containing different
presell items or both in-stock and presell items > see Purchasing #3). As with regular orders, payment is due in full at
the time of the purchase. If you are paying by money order, cashier's check or personal
check, just make it out for the total due and send it to us. All orders are confirmed and
held for 7 days pending payment and may be canceled if payment is not received or
postmarked within 7 days of the order. Please understand that the card companies are
responsible for any delays in the release of their products and we will post changes as
soon as we hear about them
At this time, when an order is made, our program cannot determine if products on that
order are in stock, if they are presell items to ship at a later date, or
both. For example, you may preorder 3 different items due to be released on 3 separate
weeks, or a combination of current and upcoming releases--either way the UPS rate would
show $10. This price assumes all products are shipping at one time. Therefore, we must
adjust the shipping to compensate for the multiple shipments that need to be made for your
order. If you wish to have presell items ship as they come
in, please place separate orders for each shipment.
You do have the option of having all items ship at one time for the rate stated
for your order. The shipment would be made when the last preordered product on
your order is received and in stock.
Although impossible to stock every product, we usually are able to
locate other sportscard boxes and sets that are not listed on our website within several
days of a request. Please e-mail us from the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page to let us know
the product(s) you are looking for. We will send you an e-mail back with a price as soon
as we are able to locate the product. Please include as much information as possible about
the product(s). We will not purchase it for you until we give you the price and you have
emailed your acceptance. Your order will probably be drop shipped to you from another
location. Once your order has been processed, we will inform you as to when your order
ships, from what state, and when you should expect it. We will mail your receipt to you.
All of these orders must be shipped via UPS to a street address--no P.O. boxes on these
purchases. Other than Canada, we cannot ship any International special orders.
